When you receive your package, please check it immediately. We only accept broken or defective items.
We accept returns for up to 7 days after receipt of your purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, unopened, intact with all labels and bar codes on it. Sorry, but we cannot take back personal items such as underwear, socks, books, make-up and body jewelry. We will not be able to accept returns on swimwear purchases.
Please note that customers need to cover the shipping fee to return items to us. This cost is non-refundable. Customers need to provide us the tracking details for their package and we will monitor the return. We will process any compensation once we have received the items.

Upon receipt of your return, all items are inspected for illegibility of refunds, replacements or credits. New and unworn condition means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the items. Upon acceptance of your return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.
Packages sent back without authorization or not according to our instructions will not be accepted. Please contact our Customer Service for further advice.
